Between 1998 and 2012, Brian Overstreet represented National Football League (NFL) athletes in contract negotiations and player recruitment efforts through his role with E. Overstreet Sports Management in Houston, Texas. He ultimately became company president and represented 30 football players selected in the early rounds of the NFL draft, including seven first round picks. Brian Overstreet continued to represent NFL players as he transitioned to his new role as president of United Sports Group in 2012.

Mr. Overstreet studied criminal justice as an undergraduate at Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas. During his time as an undergraduate he became a member of the Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, eventually serving as the fraternity’s president. He graduated with a bachelor of science in 1991 and subsequently enrolled in a law program at the South Texas College of Law in Houston. He was ranked as a top 10 oral advocate at South Texas prior to earning his juris doctor in 1998.
